The hull is designed with soft lines and has a fine entry, deep forefoot, and a variable rise down to 20degrees at the transom. This gives the Coastal 720 the ability to carry the weight of a diesel stern drive, while still being able to offer petrol performance. What makes this cruiser get up and boogie is its ability to get up onto the plane without effort, it runs fast and it runs flat. The coastals helm station is about as comprehensive and well laid out as any you'll find. All gauges are easy to read, the switches easy to locate. And there's plenty of room up there for all the electronics a serious fisherman needs.

Quality security rails are everywhere, from the cockpit all the way through to the bow. The coastal's cabin is easily spacious enough for 2 on an overnighter. The Coastal 720 sits nicely on its marks, and has been given full marks by the AMIF. The structure of the vessel is in accordance with the Australian AS4132 standards in both ‘Boat and Ship’ design and strictly constructed under these guidelines. This enables the ”Theodore Coastal” to be built to 2C survey for 6 (six) passengers and 1 (one) crew, giving you, as an owner, peace of mind.
